KFW Management LLC is a commercial real estate development firm.  KFW specializes in site selection, site design, construction management, financing, leasing, and property management of commercial properties.  KFW Management LLC was founded by Kurt Wendler in 2022.  Kurt is a New York state native and started his career as a CPA working in public accounting and later transitioned into the private sector as a controller and financial officer.  Kurt started his initial development firm in 2006 where a majority of his projects were developed in New York State for national retailers.
